A Virtual Focus Group (VFG) is a quick and affordable way to capture actionable feedback from your target markets. Six to ten pre-screened and qualified participants spend two hours at our unique virtual focus group table where they provide candid feedback about your product from the comfort of their own home or office.

Our project director works with you to create an outline for the group conversation. Experienced moderators foster an objective atmosphere for spontaneous discussion, while encouraging participants to record their individual feedback using the online Discussion Guide. This dual approach provides a balance of quantitative and qualitative data from the group.

You may opt to quietly observe in “listen-only” mode or be seated at the “virtual” conference table to become part of the discussion.

We recommend that VFGs be preceded by a brief online pre-event survey, which is included in the cost of the event. The pre-event survey can familiarize the panelists with the product and provides the moderator with key information about participants’ preferences, needs, accepted beliefs, and current behaviors.

Each Virtual Focus Group is digitally recorded, and results can be made available via MP3, transcripts and a wide variety of reports that include analysis of the discussion and online results.
